95/365 Getting Ready for Fiesta!

All ready for the Fiesta Shoebox Parade next week at school! :)

To answer all of the questions about where I was when taking the recent bathtub picture... I was standing on the ledge of the tub, leaning over, sucking my chest and tummy in and hiding my toes, while telling the kids to NEVER do what Mommy is doing! LOL! I am sure it was a sight to see!

Thank you so much for all of the nice comments lately! You are all some of the sweetest and most talented people and I am so glad to have met all of you on this journey so far! I cannot wait to see what the rest of this year holds! I may be a little slow commenting for the next month, but I am going to do my best to stay caught up. I am the one and only Teacher & Staff Appreciation Coordinator at my son's school and I am gearing up for Teacher Appreciation Week in May. I am spending most of my free time working on little treats and one big project that includes collecting thank you notes and drawings from all 660 students to give to the staff and teachers or I am up at the school. So... I don't get as much time on the computer these days.

OH! I also wanted to let everyone know that suggested the next book I read be The Help, I got it in the mail today, and I can't wait to start reading it! I will let you know what I think! :)

hahaha no joke I did the exact same thing on my tub last night..sucked in, stood tall, looked straight down and still the tips of my toes were in most of the shots...sigh. This picture is adorable!

Do let us know what you think of "The Help" I rarely read any fiction, but this one sounds like something I'd like. The event at the school looks like a blast! Cute idea.

I haven't read a novel since before the kids were born, so I admire that you can still get everything done in one day. I too am finding it hard to keep up with posting and commenting am determined not to let it get away from so I do the best I can. Good luck with the school project; you are a good mom!

Thank you for your explanation on the tub picture and for getting the mental image of you swinging from an overhead chandalier out of my head. Wow, you're good! You must have used a fairly wide angle lens because I would have had to be 10 foot tall to get that with my 24-70mm.

What a fun project. I love when the kids get to have fun and learn something at the same time.
