48/365 Ready For Spring!

Critiques, please!
I only got this one shot and I liked it. Not sure if I am IN LOVE but I am amazed at what my new macro screw on lens can do! How could I have made this even better?

Ohh! I think I am in LOVE! This is a beautiful photo. The angle is lovely, the little sparkle by the lips is great...I just think it is precious! I'd have to frame it. I am looking forward to seeing more macros. I never even knew you could purchase a screw on macro...I may need to add that to my list! :)

Oh this is so neat. I tried this last year and I really wanted to get some of the little seed pods in the air. Your picture is very nice!

It's great! I might have tried to get the seeds a little more in focus but overall well done.

I like it, the macro screw is pretty good

I like it. The only thing better would have been to catch floating seeds...but I know that's easier said than done. It's a wonderful capture.

I love the comp. I think the only thing I would have done would be to close the ap down to get more in focus. It is crazy how shallow the DOF is with a macro!

I like the fuzzyness of the whole photo. I, too, am longing for spring!

I do like this. It soft and lovely. Only improvement I can say is the seeds a little more in focus. But it is beautiful as is too.

I have no idea how you could have made this better. To me, it's perfect. What I love about it is I first noticed that it was a partially focused dandelion.. when my eye was drawn through the photo, the child's lips were a complete surprise, and made me smile. Truly, a perfect composition, in my opinion.

It's beautiful just as is. However, since you asked: with macro, since the DOF is so much shallower, you need to be as steady as possible, even use a tripod! So movement in the photo will usually create a lack of focus in macro.
